Camping Checklist

Below is a list of required and optional camping gear you will need. If you don't have something let us know, we might have some spare items we can lend you. 

Required

• Tent 
  • Large enough for you and your family or multiple smaller tents
  • Make Sure all parts and pieces are packed together including rain-fly
• Ground Covering to go under your tent (Tarp)
• Bedding/Sleeping Bag
• Water Bottle or Camelback
• Backpack (Hiking)
  • Should Contain our Outdoor Basics
    • Flashlight
    • Trail Snack
    • Water
    • Insect Repellant
    • Sun Protection
• Cloths x number or nights camping plus extra in case of rain
• Closed Toed Shoes
• Swim Ware
• Cold weather gear- Depending time of year
• Rain gear
• Toiletries
  • Toothbrush/paste
  • Shower Soap/Washcloth or Sponge
  • Deodorant
  • Toileting products
  • Towels
  • Beach Towel- Depending on Locations
• Campfire Chair
• Pocket Knife (For Adults or Scouts that have passed their knife safety)
• 550 Paracord
• First aid kit

Optional

• Tent Fan or Heater Depending on Weather
• Personal Snacks and Drinks 
• Entertainment
• Sports Equipment
• Board Games
• Lawn Games
